Rigibore has been designing and testing its first production, heavy
duty Twin Tooling system. The design utilizes a
lightweight hard anodised aluminium body with a
hardened steel bolt-on shank. There are numerous
different sizes available giving a cutting range
from 149mm to 751mm diameter. Shank options include:
BT 50, CAT 50, HSK 100, DIN 69871, ANSI B550, and
ISO 7388.
The
extremely rigid design gives this tool a fantastic
quality of cut whether you are roughing or
finishing. Roughing is taken care of by our
CX style
cartridge and finishing by either our
UFP cartridge or
our Smartbore cartridge,
giving you ultimate customisation for any boring
application.
