Rigibore®’s range of boring units for semi-finishing and finishing is amongst the widest in the marketplace. Beyond being directly interchangeable with a number of other brands, they offer a number of features and benefits that entail superior rigidity and repeatability.

The unique design incorporates a precision ground-split collet that delivers a high degree of accuracy and strength. This means that there is no deflection under load on uneven or intermittent cutting: this results in longer insert life. There is positive direct adjustment and a high degree of rigidity. Thanks to the separate graduated dial seated on the top face of the hole, there is no dial-slip during adjustment.
