UFP cartridges

Rigibore®’s new range of ultra fine precision (UFP) micro-adjustable cartridges are available for finishing on dedicated diameters. Ideal for high productivity situations where high tolerances on size are required, they now feature finer graduations and individual component interchangeability:

• Minimum Bore: 28mm
• Adjustment resolution on diameter: 5µm (/.0002”)
• Relative accuracy > 95% over adjustment range
• Adjustment range: 0.6mm/.012” on diameter
• Left-hand cartridges available in 06 and 11 styles, some cartridges designed/available for back boring
