Literally at the cutting edge of the machining industry, Rigibore® inserts ensure your productivity targets are met for a wide range of boring and drilling applications.

Recently we have introduced a specialist range for Cast Iron and Aluminium production needs, ground to H-tolerance and exceptionally robust. For machining Cast Iron and a variety of non-ferrous materials, ultra-hard ‘RC217’ PVD coatings offer outstanding performance and high-speed finishing qualities.

Our Aluminium inserts feature a J-polish top rake to reduce built-up edge and help sustain consistently good operational performance. Combined with a high resistance to wear and exclusive Rigibore® cutting and chipbreaker geometries, long edge-life and exceptional value is assured.

Beyond these manufacturing materials, Rigibore® designs, manufactures and delivers a wide range of inserts suitable for most applications. These are produced to a choice of geometries and are available in uncoated and coated grades. CBN- and PCD-tipped inserts are available on request.

All areas of production are catered for - inserts suitable for everything from low speed roughing and interrupted cuts to those optimised for precision machining of specialist steels, brass, bronze or titanium alloys.
